Starbucks Coffee Company in Smyrna, GA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming space for our community. You will guide partners during shifts, uphold quality beverages and food, manage cash handling, and maintain store safety and standards.

This role requires six months in a customer-facing position, ability to delegate tasks, coach team members, and adapt to early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees.
