Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a busy store, delivering quality beverages and food, while creating a welcoming environment for the community. You will coach team members, manage tasks, and uphold safety and store standards throughout your shift.

Flexibility is required to cover mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role emphasizes craft, heart, and strong customer engagement as part of Starbucks’ commitment to growth and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of customer-facing experience.
• Ability to coach and delegate tasks to others.
