Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is looking for a shift supervisor to lead the team and deliver consistent, high‑quality beverages while maintaining a welcoming store environment. You will coach partners, manage shift operations, handle cash and ensure safety and policy compliance.

Ideal candidates bring at least 6 months of customer-facing experience, strong communication, and the ability to delegate tasks, build relationships, and work well in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer-facing experience required.
• Ability to direct the work of others and delegate tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends or holidays.
• Experience preparing beverages/food to standard recipes.
