Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead a busy store in Vista, CA. You will guide the team to deliver high-quality beverages and food while maintaining a welcoming environment for our community.

You will be responsible for coaching staff, handling cash, and ensuring store safety and compliance. Flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer-facing experience or similar role.
• Ability to coach and prepare food/beverages to standard recipes.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to direct tasks and coordinate two or more staff.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
