Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a dedicated shift supervisor to lead daily operations, mentor partners, and uphold quality beverages and food standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will guide a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain safe, clean store conditions. The role requires a flexible schedule, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate tasks across team members while ensuring adherence to store policies.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of customer-facing experience.
• Ability to direct the work of others and coordinate tasks of two or more employees.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Knowledge of the retail environment and store safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to ensure a welcoming space for customers.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customer requests.
• Maintain quality, safety, and cash-handling procedures during the shift.
