Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor for our South San Francisco location. You will lead the team to craft beverages and foods, ensure quality service, and maintain a welcoming store environment for the community.

The role requires strong communication, reliable attendance, and the ability to coach teammates during busy shifts while upholding store standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• Ability to coach and direct food/beverage preparation to standard recipes or customized for customers.
