Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead daily operations, ensuring quality beverages, food and customer service. You will coach team members, manage tasks, and maintain store safety while fostering a welcoming community space.

This role requires reliable attendance, flexible hours, and strong communication. You’ll guide staff through standard recipes and customer requests, contributing to a positive partner experience and store performance.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation.
