Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company in Houston seeks a shift supervisor to lead daily operations with craft and heart. You will oversee beverage and food preparation to standard recipes, coach partners, ensure quality, manage cash handling, and uphold store safety.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.

• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
