Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead our coffeehouse with craft and heart, creating a welcoming space for the local community.

You will guide a team to deliver quality beverages and food, while ensuring safety and policy compliance. The role requires 6 months of customer-facing and task-delegation experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
• Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to ensure Starbucks is a welcoming space for the community.
• Provide quality beverages and food products following standard recipes or customer customizations.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to maintain smooth store operations.
