Job summary

Starbucks is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a team in a welcoming Colorado coffeehouse, ensuring quality beverages/food and exceptional customer service. Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to create a welcoming space for customers.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Direct and coach staff, delegating tasks and coordinating work of multiple employees.
• Maintain knowledge of store policies, cash handling, safety and security procedures.
