Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Holland Charter Township, MI to lead the team in delivering the world’s finest coffee with craft and heart. You will ensure quality beverages, food, cash handling, and store safety while creating a welcoming environment for customers.

You’ll coach partners, manage busy shifts, and collaborate with store leadership to meet standards and support growth through developmental experiences and favorable benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in a role requiring customer interaction and fulfilling requests.
• Experience delegating tasks to two or more employees is a plus.
• Ability to coach preparation of beverages/food to standard recipes or customize as needed.

Responsibilities
