Starbucks Coffee Company in Phoenix seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead a barista team with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming store environment where every guest leaves with a smile. You will coach staff, maintain quality beverages and food, and uphold safety, cash handling, and store policies during fast-paced shifts.

You will drive guest satisfaction through friendly service and teamwork, supporting growth and adhering to company standards.

Qualifications

• Attendance and punctuality with or without accommodation.

• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
