Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company seeks a dynamic Shift Supervisor to lead a busy store, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to recipes for beverages and food. You will guide a team, manage daily operations, and foster a welcoming environment for the community.

This role emphasizes coaching peers, maintaining safety and cash controls, and delivering quick, friendly service during mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a role requiring constant interaction with customers.
• Ability to delegate tasks to other employees and coordinate tasks for two or more teammates.
• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
