Starbucks Coffee Company in New York City is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a busy store with craft and heart. You will ensure quality beverages and food, manage cash handling, and uphold safety standards while providing a welcoming experience for customers.

The role requires six months' experience in customer-facing roles, ability to coach teammates, and flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six months in a role with regular customer interaction and requests.
• Six months of delegating tasks and coordinating two or more staff.
• Ability to coach others and lead a team in a fast-paced store.
