Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming space for the local community. You will guide beverage and food prep to standard recipes, coach teammates, and uphold store policies, safety, and guest service during shifts.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer-facing experience demonstrating interaction and service.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to employees or coordinating teams.
