Job summary

Starbucks Corp. seeks a shift supervisor to lead a team, craft beverages and food to standard recipes, and ensure a welcoming store experience for customers. You will supervise team members, maintain quality, and uphold store policies while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires regular attendance, flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to coach staff in beverage and food preparation. Benefits and growth opportunities are provided to partners.
