Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced coffeehouse environment. You will drive guest satisfaction, maintain beverage and food quality, and uphold safety and store standards.

You will mentor teammates, delegate tasks, and coordinate with the team to deliver exceptional service across all shifts. This is a full‑time on‑site role offering comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within a global coffeehouse leader.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
• Strong oral communication and teamwork abilities.
