Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead the team, uphold quality beverage and food standards, and create a welcoming environment for customers. You will coach partners, manage operations, and ensure safety and service excellence during your shift.

The role requires punctuality, flexible hours, and the ability to motivate a diverse team while maintaining store policy compliance and excellent customer experiences.

• Six months of experience in a role requiring constant customer interaction.
• Ability to coach and prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Comfort with flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Knowledge of retail environment and store safety standards.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
