Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring every guest experiences a welcoming space and high-quality beverages and foods. You will coach staff, manage opening/closing tasks, and uphold store safety and standards.

Qualifications include six months of customer-facing experience, strong communication, and the ability to delegate and lead a small team in a fast-paced environment. Flexible hours and a commitment to attendance are required.
