Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is looking for a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead a crew in delivering high-quality beverages and food in a welcoming environment. You will guide the team, ensure accuracy in orders, and maintain store safety and efficiency.

The role requires at least 6 months of customer-facing experience, strong communication, and the ability to train and delegate tasks. A flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction with customers and fulfilling requests.
• Ability to direct the work of others and delegate tasks to team members.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a Starbucks team during shifts to deliver consistent, high-quality beverages and food.
• Ensure cash handling, store safety, and security procedures are followed.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of drinks and food to standard recipes or customer customizations.
