Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensuring quality beverages and food while guiding a team through busy periods. You will coach staff, manage cash handling, and uphold store safety and standards in a fast-paced community setting.

The role requires reliable attendance, flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and strong communication to provide exceptional customer experiences at our Georgia location.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to train and coach staff to standard recipes and procedures.
• Demonstrated reliability and ability to manage multiple tasks.
