Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company in Atlanta seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team and maintain the welcoming atmosphere that defines our brand. You will guide partners, coach beverage and food preparation to spec, and ensure excellent guest service while upholding safety and store policies.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role involving constant interaction with customers.
• Experience delegating tasks to two or more employees and coordinating their work.
• Availability for flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Ability to prepare and coach beverages and foods to standard recipes or customized requests.
