Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a fast-paced store, guiding team members to deliver high-quality beverages and food with exceptional guest service. You will coach, delegate tasks, and ensure daily operations run smoothly while maintaining safety and policy standards.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ months in customer-facing roles, strong communication, and retail knowledge. This role supports flexible hours and contributes to a welcoming community space.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interaction with customers.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work as part of a team.
• Knowledge of retail environment and cash handling standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming space for customers.
• Ensure quality beverages and food products meet standard recipes.
• Coach and supervise the preparation of beverages to spec and customer requests.
