Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a store team, ensuring high-quality beverages, food, and customer service. You will manage shift operations, uphold standards, and support a welcoming community space.

You will coach partners, delegate tasks during busy periods, and drive continuous improvement, growth, and collaboration within the store.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Experience preparing food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
