Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is looking for a shift supervisor to lead daily operations, model craft and heart, and ensure a welcoming space for the community. You will guide partners, uphold quality standards, and coach team members to deliver exceptional beverages and service.

This role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Benefits and growth opportunities are offered to partners.
