Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company in Edmonds, WA is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, creating a welcoming space for the community. You will oversee daily operations, ensure quality beverages and food, and model excellent customer service.

You will coach and delegate tasks to partners, maintain attendance and punctuality, and uphold store policies, safety, and security while delivering on our growth and benefits program.
