Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring every guest enjoys a welcoming, high-quality experience. You will guide a team to prepare beverages and food to standard recipes, while upholding store policies, safety, and cash handling procedures.

You will also coach and develop teammates, fostering teamwork and relationships within the store and with the community we serve. This role emphasizes guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualificações

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role or equivalent.
