Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a team and create a welcoming store environment. You will guide baristas and team members to deliver consistent, high-quality beverages and food, while upholding safety and store standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching, and efficient operations across early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards for quality beverages and food, cash handling and safety.
• Six months of customer-service experience with interaction and fulfillment of requests.
• Prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customize as requested.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating a team.

Responsibilities

• Direct shift operations and lead the team to deliver high-quality beverages and food.
• Coach and supervise staff to follow recipes, portion control and store standards.
