Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company seeks a shift supervisor to lead a store with craft and heart, making every guest feel welcome and valued. You will guide a diverse team, ensure quality beverages and food, and maintain store safety and standards.

You will coach team members, delegate tasks, and adapt to busy shifts while upholding company policies and guest service excellence across early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role involving constant interaction with customers
• Six months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating two or more employees
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly
• Excellent oral communication and strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
