Starbucks Corp. in Indiana is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a busy coffeehouse with craft and heart, ensuring every guest experiences warmth and quality. You will manage store operations, coach partners, and uphold safety and standards.

The role requires reliable attendance, flexible hours, and the ability to train staff in beverage preparation, recipes, and customer service. You will work as part of a team to create welcoming environments that spark connections in the community.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Ability to direct the work of others and delegate tasks to team members.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
