Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming space and high-quality beverages for the community. You will coach teammates and model exceptional customer service while maintaining store standards.

You will delegate tasks, support food and beverage preparation to recipes, and adapt to a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Delegate tasks to staff and coordinate the work of two or more employees to meet store standards.
• Maintain flexible availability to cover early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
