Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring our coffeehouse remains a welcoming space for the community. You will supervise team members, coach beverage and food preparation, and uphold store standards and safety.

You will support daily operations, deliver data-driven service, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture while providing excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a role requiring constant interaction with customers.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make Starbucks a welcoming space for the community.
• Prepare and coach beverage and food prep to standard recipes or customer customizations.
• Ensure store policies, cash handling, safety and security are followed.
