Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a team in a fast-paced retail coffeehouse. You will guide daily operations, ensure quality beverages and foods, and deliver outstanding customer service. By coaching baristas and coordinating tasks, you will help create a welcoming community space.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a customer-facing role.
