Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring every cup sparks connection in a welcoming store. You will coach beverage and food preparation to standard recipes, direct the team, and uphold store policies on safety and service.

Ideal candidates bring at least six months of customer-facing experience, strong communication, and teamwork skills to build relationships and support a positive community environment.

Qualifications
