Starbucks Coffee Company in Los Angeles is seeking a Shift Supervisor who will lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming space for the community. You will oversee daily shift operations, ensure quality beverages and food, manage cash handling, and uphold store safety and policies.

The role emphasizes coaching and coordinating a team, directing tasks, strong communication, and building relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies including quality beverages and food, cash handling and safety.
• Six months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating two or more employees.
• Direct work, learn quickly, communicate effectively, and collaborate in a retail setting.
