• Preparing production or sales reports for management and ensuring the unit meets quality, productivity and safety expectations.
• Acting as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentoring and developing employees and encouraging advancement within the organization.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Job Summary
