Job summary

Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services at University of North Carolina Asheville is seeking a shift supervisor to lead associates on a specific shift, ensure adherence to policy, and maintain safety standards. • Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets quality, productivity and safety standards.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
