Background:
The Shift Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of non-exempt employees through the daily operations of a production and manufacturing environment. This role ensures that all activities are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), cGMP guidelines, and safety regulations.
The Shift Supervisor provides technical guidance and reinforces safe work practices while monitoring line performance, maintaining quality standards, and meeting production goals. This position plays a key role in promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement across the shift.
