Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience running a restaurant shift without supervision.

• Knowledge of federal, state, and local health and safety laws and regulations.
• Basic computer, math, and reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Train and manage drive-in employees during shift.
• Lead operations during shift for guest experience.
• Monitor drive-in’s food, labor, and inventory.
• Comply with and enforce company policies.
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties.
