Job summary

Omniplex is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee Security Officers, manage field operations, and act as a first responder during emergencies. The role requires United States citizenship, a valid driver's license, and a current Top-Secret/SCI clearance.

You will lead, train, and coordinate security activities across shifts. Expect shift rotations during initial weeks and a 90-day probationary period, with possible long-term responsibilities in aerospace security operations.

Qualifications

POSITION SUMMARY

Sergeants shall serve as the Shift Supervisor in the absence of a Lieutenant. While serving in this capacity, they shall assume all responsibilities and authority assigned to the Shift Supervisor. When not acting as the Shift Supervisor, Sergeants shall perform the duties and responsibilities of a Security Officer and any additional supervisory duties assigned by management.

DAYS AND HOURS

Sunday - Thursday - 2130-0600 hours.(9:30pm-6:00am)

PAY TRANSPARENCY/COMPENSATION

$34.84/Hr.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Report to the Facility Account Manager or Lieutenant.


• Provide oversight of field Security Officers in addition to performing normal field duties. First responder to emergencies to provide communications control and if no on-site Aerospace Security or Aerospace EHS personnel at time of emergency, command only until emergency responders arrive.


• Proficient in all Security Officer duties and responsibilities.


• Be fully computer literate with computer hardware provided by Buyer and software provided by Buyer and Service Provider.


• Provide recurring on the job training for Security Officers and Senior Security Officers as required.


• Subjecttofrequent interruptions.


• May berequiredto lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 50lbs.


• Requires intermittent standing, walking, and sittingfor prolonged periods throughout the workday.


• Climb 8 or more flightsof stairs.


• Training will require shift rotations for the first 2 weeks and a 90-day probationary period.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be U.S. citizen.


• Must be 21 years of age.


• Must have a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.


• Must have a current Top-Secret Clearance/SCI level clearance.


• Successfully pass criminal, credit and driving records check.


• Prefer knowledge of portions of NISPOM.


• Ability to prepare detailed written reports and fill out forms.


• Write and speak clearly and effectively in English.


• Be fully computer literate with computer hardware.


• Communicate effectively.


• Must be able to pass training and obtain the required certifications and licenses.


• Have 2 or more years of security experience in a similar environment or approval of Buyer's Manager, Security Operations.


• Write and speak effectively in English.


• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
