Job summary

Chenega Naswik International, LLC seeks an experienced Shift Supervisor to support MDA security operations. You will oversee daily activities, supervise personnel, and ensure access control, visitor management, alarm monitoring, and emergency response are executed per contract requirements.

Ideal candidates have a strong security leadership background, proven management experience, and the ability to ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating with Operations Managers for mission objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Security, Law Enforcement, Management, or related field or equivalent training/experience.
• Minimum 6 years of management experience, preferably in civilian/military security.
• Minimum 8 years in security/operational environments, with 6 years in supervisory roles.
• Minimum 6 years in analytical decision-making, administration, and operational management.
• Minimum 6 years of specialized experience in physical security or security operations.
• Experience as Site Manager/Site Supervisor or similar leadership role.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision for security personnel in daily activities.
• Oversee access control, visitor management, alarm response, dispatch, and enforcement functions.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with Operations Managers and site leadership to support contract performance.
• Supervise Security Control Center activities and monitor operations.
• Support badge administration and CAC programs.
• Ensure personnel are trained and prepared for duties.
• Monitor operations and address safety, security, or readiness issues.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies as required.
• Conduct security inspections and assist with reporting.
