Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Leader in Long Beach, California, to oversee daily operations and ensure safety and quality standards are met. You will lead and coach the team, resolve conflicts, and conduct assessments of team zones. Strong leadership and organizational skills are a must. • Review deployment chart and ensure team members are in the right places.
• Conduct zone walks to ensure tasks are being completed.
