CVS Health in Indiana is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store operations and drive customer service excellence. You will lead the team when managers are unavailable and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed accurately.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, coordinating tasks, assisting customers, maintaining merchandise presentation, and executing displays and inventory per planograms. Flexible scheduling is required, with pay between $16.00 and $23.00 per hour.

Qualificações

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills required.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Retail supervisor experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store staff when no manager on site and ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Supervise crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate information effectively with management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints while following policy.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and promote a positive shopping experience.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and inventory per planograms.
• Reset departments after planograms and maintain off-shelf merchandise.
