Braum's in Canyon, TX is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the store crew, supervise food service, and drive customer satisfaction and sales. This role supports training, coaching, and daily operations on a rotating schedule.

The Shift Supervisor will oversee inventory, safety, and policy compliance while guiding the team toward Braum's standards and goals. A 21+ year-old candidate with 1 year of retail experience and a high school diploma is required.

Responsabilités

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
