Responsibilities include leading meetings, training crews, and coordinating with day shift management to maintain seamless operations and resolve daily issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical, or bio-resource (pulp & paper) science engineering or 1+ years in a leadership role.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day management of the Riverside area on shift.
• Lead troubleshooting of equipment operation problems and ensure safe operation.
• Resolve short and long-term cost and productivity issues.
• Communicate effectively with crew members and day shift management.
• Coordinate between Riverside and City Side areas for seamless operation.
