Job summary

Responsibilities

Supervises and coordinates activities of workers operating machines to manufacture products.
Analyzes work orders to estimate hours and create schedules.
Plans material flow and physical layout of machines according to work orders.
Directs workers to adjust machines to repair nonconforming products.
Maintains production records and ensures safety and quality standards.
Identifies improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
