Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring for a full-time Shift Supervisor (Patient Dining) at VCU Health in Richmond, VA. This role leads the dining team on a shift, ensuring service quality and adherence to safety standards, with rotating weekends.

• Prepares production or sales reports for management; ensures unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for associates with complaints or requests for time off.
• Acts as a mentor, develop employees and encouraging associates to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• We are hiring immediately for a full time SHIFT SUPERVISOR (PATIENT DINING) position.
• Location: VCU Health - 1250 East Marshall Street, Richmond, VA 23298. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time schedule. Days and hours may vary; rotating weekends included. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous food service supervisory experience required. Previous patient dining experience is a plus.
• Perks: $1000 sign on bonus, 1/2 at 30 days and the remainder at 90 days! Free parking and a $1.00/hour weekend shift differential!
• Pay Range: $17.00per hour to$17.25per hour.
