Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a shift, oversee completion of job expectations, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Provide training and create work schedules.
2. Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
3. Prepare reports for management to ensure quality, productivity, and safety.
4. Serve as the contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
5. Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.
