Morrison Living in Fountain Hill, PA is hiring immediately for part-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions. Location: Cedarbrook Fountain Hill - 724 Delaware Avenue, Fountain Hill, PA 18015.

The role directs the activities of associates during a shift, trains staff, creates work schedules, evaluates performance, and ensures quality, productivity and safety. It also serves as a contact for questions, mentors employees, and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualificações

• Prior supervisory experience required.

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets quality, productivity and safety expectations.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary
