Morrison Living is hiring for a full time SHIFT SUPERVISOR in Indianapolis, IN. You will direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure that duties are completed in line with policy and quality standards.

The role requires three years of supervisory experience and a Monday–Friday schedule, with weekends possibly required. Compensation ranges from $23.00 to $25.00 per hour, with a robust benefits package and opportunities for growth within a leading hospitality company.

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure are maintained.

• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure the unit meets quality, productivity and safety expectations.
• Act as the contact for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary
